Aqua Mist Competition

****COMPETITION CLOSED****

This is rather belated ..... remember back in this post I raved about the new Air Wick Aqua Mist air fresheners? I wrote that they were great for freshening up my teenage son's bedroom. They are also great for giving every room in your home a subtle yet uplifting freshness.

While waiting for the prize gift cards to arrive I handed out samples of the new Air Wick Aqua Mist to some friends so they could try it in their home. This is some of the feedback I have received:

"I used it on the sleeping bags after our last overnight trip. They smelled wonderful when we pulled them out the following weekend."

"So fresh, and the bottle lasts forever!"

"I like that it contains only natural stuff."

"It was great to use in the car. Particularly after chauffeuring some sweaty basketball team members home!"

"I just love the light fragrance."

"Pippy (large hairy dog) dislikes me using other air fresheners around her special pillow and mat, but she didn't seem to mind the Aqua Mist."

"I spray it on my son's running shoes when he's not looking. So far he hasn't noticed, but I have!! I've noticed they don't smell as bad anymore."

"This works well around the kitty litter tray."

"Removed the odour of damp dog from the back of my car for several days."

Now that the prizes have arrived I have three Coles Myer gift cards to giveaway to three lucky winners of the competition.
1st Prize - $200
2nd Prize - $100
3rd Prize - $50

It was very exciting holding these Coles Myer gift cards in my hand, especially this close to Christmas.

Christmas!! Think about it .... how many of you are having guests around between now and New Year's Day? Could you use some light, delicate, fresh Aqua Mist to brighten the atmosphere in your home?

I know I'll be using it to get rid of the fishy smell left behind in my kitchen after HB, Mousie, Teddy and Kitcat have their Christmas prawn feast!

We have 4 kittens in the house, as well as 2 adult cats so I would use Aqua Mist to freshen up my laundry!
Six cats don't smell good together ;)

Having 3 smelly males in my house, I would use Aqua Mist around the laundry hamper (and all those stinky socks) as well as in my car when the wet towels get forgotten in the boot of my car! Oh, better not forget around the rubbish bin after the prawns on Christmas Day :D Summer is heaps of fun in Australia but way too many opportunities for bad smells to develop ;)

Found your comp from FB. I love your blog. I could use some Aqua Mist to freshen up Nanna's room before the Xmas visitors arrive. She smells like an old lady, you know - lavender and incontinence. But very light on the lavender, if you get my drift.

I would use Aqua Mist to eliminate the dusty, old box smell that will no doubt escape when we take the tree and decorations out of storage. I wish it was easier to get a real tree as the fresh pine smell does an awesome job removing that storage smell. But by lack of real trees Aqua Mist will do a great job for sure.

Without a doubt we would use it! Smelly boys, smelly basketball shoes, bins, babies and toddlers (plenty of nappies begin processed here. Also our un air conditioned house gets yukky with many of the doors and windows closed due to toddlers who are trying to make an escape. Thar....

With two boys and a hubby throwing their dirty socks in there everyday, I'd use it to freshen up our laundry.

Sounds like a great product, this Aqua Mist. I would use it in the one room in the house that smells the worse - you guessed it, the loo, john, toilet, lavatory. We've used some similar products that leave a sweet sickly smell which is worse than the original smell. So this Aqua Mist semms to be the go in that room where we all leave smells.

As the weather's warming up, so are we. Our car smells generally a bit stinky & lived in, but imagine going Christmas shopping in a fresh smelling car and coming home to a house the smells fresh too. And not of hot smelly children.

I would love these. We used to use things like this all the time, but in the last year my husband had pretty much no work and this was a luxury we had to go without.

With a sweaty husband, no air conditioning and Sydney in Summer I expect the house to not smell so pleasant in the coming months. These would be fantastic!

Oh these sound great. My house will be closed up for two weeks as we will be away visiting family, so these would be perfect to freshen up the house when we return

Hi Mum~me
Wow~ what fantastic prizes you have! Hmmm..... how to use aqua mist ~ the boys room comes to mind, but then I love the idea of sleeping bags ~ I'm terrible & wash them each time they are used. I think I'd definitely use it for the bin cupboard as well. No matter how many times I take out the rubbish, it still holds a smell....
Hope you have a wonderful weekend
Blessings
Renata:)

There's a potty in my dining room. I think I'll need some aqua mist to convince my guests that having a 2yo poop near them isn't a bad thing!

Yay poop! High 5 all round. Miiiiist.

I'd use the Aqua mist in our outside laundry to freshen up the place after cleaning the litter tray of our feline. Kate

We have quite a few guests coming to our place over Christmas & we will be cooking in the kitchen before they arrive. I would love to use aqua mist in our home before guests arrive, so they are greeted with a nice fragrance rather than the cooking smells.

We have two little toddlers = plenty of dirty nappy odours! A cat = cat litter; and also the laundry, bathroom areas need freshening up every so often. :-) I would use Aqua Mist for each of the above and probably quite generally for any area, in need of a fresh clean scent! Thank you for the chance to enter this giveaway!

I would use it in my daughters room as the fly screen is broken so can't open the window and it gets a bit musty sometimes :)

It smells on the couch
It smells in the hall
It smells in their nappies
It smells on the wall

It'll mask the smell of baby poo
and spread a pretty fragrance too

Please visit my blog to get my email address should I win. Fingers crossed!

with 6 people in the house, 2 older boys and a little man toilet training, I need all the help to keep the smell nice around here!

I have 2 sons and a husband, I think that says it all. The Aqua Mist would also come in handy in those unfortunate times where sickness strikes and you need to get rid of the smell.
